Defective/flawed products

If the products which you have purchased from us have any fault/defect, please contac us within 14days. We will offer you a refund/replace/repair (some restrictions apply - see below). Your return shipping fee will be also covered by Gizzet.

Product without defects

If you are not happy with the products which you have bought from us, for any reason, please contact us.We will also offer you a　refund/replace/repair within 14 days from the date of your purchase (*some restrictions apply - See below). Please note that the return cost will not be paid by Gizzet for the return of products without defect.

Restrictions

The return will be not accepted if the product:

• was purchased more than 14 days ago.
• was used for any reason.
• was damaged/ defaced after the delivery.
• was modified/repaired.
• does not equipe it's original accessories which include labels, manuals, tags etc.
• was indicated as a Non-returnable item on our webpage (e.g. Sales items).
