Shopping

Can I cancel/change/edit my orders?

Yes. Before the items are shipped, you can cancel/change/edit your order on the web page. You can also contact us to cancel/change/edit by phone, e-mail or on line form.

I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail, did my order go through?

Gizzet always sends an automatic confirmation e-mail when the payment has been successful. If you did not receive such an e-mail from us, please check the e-mail might have gone into the junk mail folder. In any case, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Can I add a gift wrap option to my order?

Yes. Gizzet offers free gift wrapping for most items in our shop*. Please write "add a gift option" in the comment field when you purchase.* Some items cannot be gift wrapped because of their size, shape or because they are too fragile.

Payment

What methods of payment does Gizzet accept?

We accept the following payment types:
  ■ Credit card payment
  ■ Wire transfer
  ■ Payment on delivery (POD)

Can I receive an invoice for my purchases?

Yes. We send a standard invoice to you with the delivery package. We can also issue an invoice on your request. Gizzet can issue an invoice for the items purchased by credit card and wire transfer. In case of POD, the receipt from the courier will be an official/lawful invoice.

Shipping

How much will delivery cost?

Shipping cost depend on the delivery address. Shipping is free for orders over ¥10,000 (delivery in Japan only). For more details please refer to our Shopping guide.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We will ship your item on the next business day for the orders placed before 23:00. The orders after 23:00 will be processed in 2 business days. We are closed on Sunday and the Japanese national holidays.

If the delivery address is different from my billing address, where does the delivery slip/invoice go?

If the shipping information is different from the orderer information, we will send only purchased items without the delivery slip/invoice. We can also send the delivery slip/invoice to the billing address by post on your request.
