On the next business day for the orders before 23:00.The orders after 23:00 will be processed in 2 days. * The shipment schedule is subject to change depending on the circumstances.
- Package info
Each item is delivered in a suitable box. When you oder more than 1 items on the same day, we will try to deliver them in the same package. However it is not always possible depending on the items purchased.
Orders
- Select your item
・ Move to the product page by selecting item(s), then edit amount when necessary.
・ Select "Add to cart", then the page automatically moves to cart.
・ Select "Continue shopping" when you want to check more items. - Check out
・ Click "Proceed to check out" to continue. When you changed the amount to order, press "Update cart" button.
・ Click "Checkout with Multiple Addresses" to deliver to more than one address. (you need to login to use this function) - Input your information
・ Log in and proceed to the payment page and input the information required.
・ If you are a new customer, please register or check out as guest, then input the required information. - Complete your order
・ Click "Place order" to confirm your order.
・ Your order is sent to our shop, then we will send you confirmation e-mail to your address which you gave to us.

Returns
- Defective/flawed products
If the products which you have purchased from us have any fault/defect, please contact us within 14 days. We will offer you a refund/replacement/repair. (*Some restrictions apply. See below) Your return shipping fee will be also covered by Gizzet. - Product without defects
If you are not completely satisfied with your Gizzet purchase, for any reason, please contact us within 14 days from the date of your purchase. We will also offer you a refund/replacement/repair (*Some restrictions apply. See below). Please note that the return cost will not be paid by Gizzet for the return of products without defect. - The return will be not accepted if the product:
・ was purchased more than 14 days ago
・ was used for any reason
・ was damaged/ defaced after the delivery
・ was modified/repaired
・ does not include all it's original parts and accessories such as labels, manuals, tags etc.
・ was indicated as a non-returnable item on our webpage (e.g. Sales items). - Refund
・ We offer a full refund for the returns of defective products, including return shipping fee.
・ For the products without defects, Gizzet will deduct the handling fee/original shipping cost (if any) from the total amount and refund the rest.
